What do you like most about Mac GenSx? My amazing co-residents! We have such a supportive, tight-knit group and regularly connect to de-brief about our residency experiences. The staff and senior residents are also great about ensuring good operative exposure and learning opportunities for juniors.

What do you like most about Mac GenSx? The people and the culture of Mac - I love that my co-residents are supportive and always have my back. Whenever I've had either a win or a tough day, I feel comfortable chatting about it in my cohort's group chat! Also, our staff are really dedicated to resident learning and making sure that we gain independence.
